Robert Moles
Chairman


During his tenure, Intero has grown into one of the Top 25 real estate companies nationally with more than $5 billion in sales volume. In addition to his duties as Chairman, Mr. Moles currently has Board of Director roles with several companies including Heritage Bank of Commerce, Trulia, Santa Clara University, University of San Diego and RE InfoLink. A self-proclaimed student of real estate for more than 27 years, Mr. Moles is widely regarded as a distinguished leader in the industry and a keen observer in the areas of policy and market trends.

Prior to joining Intero, Mr. Moles was the President and CEO of the Real Estate Franchise Group of Cendant Corporation, the largest franchiser of residential and commercial real estate brokerage offices in the world. As CEO of the group, Moles oversaw the Century 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Coldwell Banker Commercial®, ERA® and Sotheby's International Realty® real estate companies, which combined have more than 13,000 franchised offices and more than 262,800 brokers and agents worldwide.

In 1997, Mr. Moles was named President and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, the world's largest residential real estate sales organization. During his tenure as President and CEO, he is credited with re-establishing and enhancing the brand's leadership position with the introduction of its 'Vision 2100' strategic plan. Under Vision 2100, the company initiated and completed the following programs: an award-winning advertising and promotions campaign, a state-of-the-art technology-based training platform, a redesigned and enhanced Web site, a new Internet-based transaction reporting system, and an improved franchise support system. Prior to Century 21, Mr. Moles was President/CEO of Contempo Realty, Inc., in Santa Clara, CA. Under his leadership, Contempo's annual transaction volume grew from $85 million to more than $2.4 billion.

Mr. Moles is recognized as a leader in the area of developing relocation and financial services for brokers. He has led the industry in advocating the creation of value-added services for the purpose of recruiting and retaining agents, and to meet the ever-changing needs of today's consumers.
Gino Blefari

Mr. Blefari began selling real estate in 1984 and for the next 14 years was a top-producing real estate agent selling an excess of 50 homes per year. During this time, he excelled at three different positions: as a real estate agent, a manager and a chief operating officer. As a manager at Contempo Realty in 1988, he quickly set out transforming the Cupertino office from the lowest producing branch into the company's number one office. In 1992, his branch was the #1 branch in the entire Bay Area. Soon after, Mr. Blefari was promoted to CEO and co-owner of Contempo Realty where he oversaw the daily operations of 18 Contempo offices and their respective branch managers. In 1997, Contempo Realty was purchased by NRT (also known as Realogy), a nationwide real estate brokerage company, and soon after, Mr. Blefari was named president of the new Century 21 Seville Contempo Company, operating in the Northern California region. As president, he was credited with increasing the company's profits by 280% in his first year on the job. By 2000, he not only had the top five offices in the region, he had seven of the top eleven offices within Century 21's 6,300 worldwide offices. With this success as chief operating officer Mr. Blefari, already an award-winning REALTOR, now had proven his exceptional abilities. And in 2001, he was subsequently promoted to senior vice president of NRT, where he began working on a national level. Mr. Blefari is currently coached by The Mike Ferry organization, The Tom Ferry organization as well as the Buffini & Company organization. In addition to being a certified mentor at Buffini & Company, Mr. Blefari is a faculty member at De Anza College where he teaches real estate courses and is a former director of the National Association of REALTORS.

Mr. Blefari has been involved in the communities where he works and lives for years. He was recognized for this involvement when he received the 2007 Achievement Award in the Business and Professional category by the Italian American Heritage Foundation. Also, in recognition of Mr. Blefari's green business practices and support, EcoBroker International awarded him the 2006 EcoBroker Community Service Award out of more than one million brokers and agents nationally.

Mr. Blefari graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In his spare time, Mr. Blefari, an avid reader, enjoys skiing, golf and weight lifting. In addition, he is a passionate gardener, raising redwood tree seedlings and donating them in order to benefit the community at large.
Tom Tognoli
Chief Operating Officer


Tom has over 20 years of real estate experience. As part of Intero's senior management team, Tom has helped shape Intero into one of the premier real estate companies in the nation.

Tom believes in Intero's philosophy to support sales agents with innovative technology and remain on top of the Internet evolution in showcasing Interorealestate.com, Interoresorts.com, Interoopenhouses.com, agent web-pages and property listings. Tom is convinced that Intero's progressive initiatives will continue to attract and maintain top producing real estate agents for years to come.

Tom's hard work and enthusiasm in creating an atmosphere centered on Intero's core values is evident by his successful stint as Vice President and Managing Officer of Intero Cupertino. His accomplishments at the Cupertino branch include; managing the #1 office company-wide, recruiting more than 120 agents and spearheading the development of Agent Achieve, Intero's former agent productivity intranet. Currently he not only holds the title of Chief Operating Officer but also is the VP and Managing Officer of Intero's Saratoga Office. As COO Tom is at the forefront of technology driving new online marketing strategies and taking advantage of social media opportunities. Also with a new technology partner, Terabitz, Tom drove the development of Intero's new public website, and is shaping Intero's NEW exclusive agent productivity tool.

When it comes to building a better brokerage Tom encourages people, especially Intero agents, to change their thoughts and as a result they will change their lives and business in a positive direction. Along with many Intero agents and management, Tom is a proponent for overall healthy living. Tom has been a facilitator in bridging the gap between Intero real estate professionals and physical and nutritional experts. Before most even wake up for the standard work day, Intero Bootcamp is taking place where Intero staff and agents gather to exercise and socialize. Tom also has been the liaison in establishing relationships with wellness and fitness companies to improve the overall health of the Intero team. Many at Intero are better prepared for the agility needed to be flexible to the extreme demands of the changing real estate market.

Tom is a lifelong resident of the Bay Area. He is active in the community and supports charities including the Make-A-Wish Foundation and The Intero Foundation. Tom enjoys golf, snowboarding, fitness training and spending time with his family.
John Thompson
Executive Vice President


Mr. Thompson was born and raised in Silicon Valley, and has over 22 years experience in residential real estate and managing branch operations.

Mr. Thompson's goal at Intero is to create a company with the highest professional and ethical standards in the industry, while ensuring a commitment to giving back to the community. He is passionate about creating an energetic environment that is results oriented, but one that also focuses beyond simply selling a lot of homes. His desire is to seek out people who think and dream big, and are interested in professional and personal growth. Daily exposure to people with positive attitudes and influences, who are excited about challenging their limits, is his goal. It is his belief, that if these are your priorities, it is the surest way to become a better salesperson and serve the customer and community at a higher level.

Mr. Thompson received his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing from the University of California at Berkeley in 1985. Mr. Thompson enjoys golf, attending sporting events, traveling, the piano and going to the gym. He resides in Los Altos with his wife, Danielle; sons, Trace and Tanner; and their English Mastiff, Lola.
Alain Pinel
Sr. Vice President / Managing Officer

Alain Pinel is Senior Vice President & Managing Officer of Intero Real Estate Services. In his role, Pinel will use his experience and past success in facilitating Intero's Estate and Luxury markets, nationally and internationally. Mr. Pinel's 30 years in the real estate business have made him a leader with a solid track record for success.

Alain started his real estate career in 1976 with Fox & Carskadon Realtors, in Los Altos, California. Three years later, he became the managing broker of the new Saratoga office, in the heart of the Silicon Valley. In 1984, Alain was made Senior Vice President in charge of the South Bay region and a year later, became the Executive Vice President and General Sales Manager of the company. Over his five year tenure in such position, Fox & Carskadon tripled its volume of sales (to $ 3 billion) and emerged as one of the top residential firms in the country.

In 1990, as founder, chairman and CEO of Alain Pinel Realtors, he reinvented the marketing of high-end properties around international advertising and state-of-the-art technology, before selling the firm to his two partners to spend a few years in Europe.

Through the end of 1994, Alain Pinel was in Paris, in charge of the commercial activities of Sefimeg, the largest real estate entity listed on the French stock exchange with a portfolio of over 9,000 apartments and 3 million square feet of leased commercial space.

In 1995, Coldwell Banker brought him back to California. As SVP for the San Francisco, Peninsula & Silicon Valley region until 2002, Pinel put incredible new records on the books for the company with a sales volume of $13 billion in 2000 and 14,000 closed residential sales.

In 2002, together with three partners, he founded Imminence, a start-up that changed the way real estate is done in France and neighboring countries. With a core business built around the MLS system, he provided a menu of marketing, financial and productivity tools to the industry.

From 2008 to the Fall of 2011, while SVP & General Manager in Massachusetts for William Raveis, the 10th largest real estate firm in the U.S., the company saw its market share jump 50%. It was voted "Best real estate company in Massachusetts" four years in a row.

Mr. Pinel is also a former VP of FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation in Northern California, and former VP of the French-American Chamber of Commerce.
Stuart Blomgren
Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer


He has held these positions with the company since he joined in August 2002. Mr. Blomgren has more than 14 years of finance and accounting experience including 11 years in the real estate industry.

Mr. Blomgren is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of Intero Real Estate Services. In addition to holding these positions for the real estate company, he also holds these titles and responsibilities for Intero Franchise Services, Inc, Intero Real Estate Holdings, Inc, and Mortgage Holdings, Inc.

Prior to joining Intero, Mr. Blomgren was affiliated with NRT, in several capacities and served as Director of Finance for Century 21 Seville Contempo from 2000 to 2002.

Blomgren received his bachelor's of business administration in finance from Eastern Michigan University. He currently resides in San Jose.
Pat Cardwell
General Counsel for Intero Real Estate Services and Intero Franchise Services

He has held this position with the company since April 1, 2008. Mr. Cardwell has more than 12 years of experience within the real estate industry.

In his current position, he provides strategic legal direction and support for IRES and IFS and its business units. As general counsel, he is responsible for Intero.s legal efforts in the areas of compliance, governance, litigation and regulatory affairs.

Prior to joining Intero, Mr. Cardwell served as Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Ethics Officer, Corporate Secretary, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Realogy Corporation. Mr.Cardwell served as Senior Vice President, legal with responsibility for all Cendant Real Estate Services Division (now Realogy) matters from March 2000 until June 2006. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Cardwell served as Vice President and Legal Counsel for the Coldwell Banker and Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Cardwell received his Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Maryland in 1985. He received his JD Degree from American University in 1989. He was admitted to Bar in Virginia in 1989 and the District of Columbia in 1990. He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and daughter.
Christopher Moles
Brokerage Counsel

Christopher Moles joined Intero in 2010, bringing with him practical knowledge of business and corporate legal matters. He has experience in civil defense working to defend contractors, developers, real estate brokers and real estate agents in a wide array of matters-particularly construction defect and real property sales transactions. Mr. Moles advises Intero on all legal matters. As a California lawyer, he acts as litigator for Intero at court, at the Department of Real Estate, and the California Association of Realtors. Mr. Moles also advises management on day to day transactions. He works closely with franchising operations, and he helps facilitate corporate formalities. Mr. Moles routinely lectures at Intero Provizo training center and works closely with managers and agents on complex transactions and lawsuits. He is corporate representative for Intero on numerous community boards, including Baseball San Jose and the PRDS Forms Committee. Mr. Moles holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Master's in Business Administration from Creighton University in Omaha Nebraska.
Chris Stuart
Vice President, Intero Franchise Services

Chris Stuart is Vice President of Intero Franchise Services. In this role, Mr. Stuart is responsible for the growth of Intero's franchise operations within the United States. Mr. Stuart brings deep housing and technology experience to the position, having most recently served on the founding executive team of a mortgage banking organization where his primary responsibility was to build and manage the sales team. In that position Mr. Stuart built a 200 person sales team that spanned a six-state market and produced revenues of $80M annually and a peak annual loan volume of over $2.5 billion. Prior to that, Mr. Stuart held senior-level sales positions at Oracle Corporation and other Silicon-Valley based technology firms where he was responsible for all aspects of sales and account management for a variety of Fortune 500 companies including; Agilent Technologies, Siemens, Cadence Design Systems, GE, Sears and Disney. Mr. Stuart is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry. Mr. Stuart enjoys spending time with his wife Monica and their 3 children, Gabriella, Austin, and Juliana.
Brian Crane
Vice President and Managing Officer of Intero Los Gatos

Mr. Crane has 15 years of experience in real estate sales and mortgage lending.

Mr. Crane.s extensive experience in the field as a top 5 percent Realtor/Broker in Santa Clara County over the past several years provides great experience in leading Intero Los Gatos. Mr. Crane believes that by planning and setting goals, anything is achievable, and he will utilize this philosophy in maintaining a strong branch office in Los Gatos. Mr. Crane joined Intero in 2002 after working as a Broker Associate for Alain Pinel Realtors since 1999. Prior to that, he worked with Intero President Gino Blefari at Contempo Realty, where he was a Broker Associate from 1995 through 1999, and as a Broker Associate for Cornish and Carey from 1992 through 1995. Prior to Real Estate sales Mr. Crane operated a mortgage brokerage business.

Mr. Crane is involved in the Santa Clara University Alumni Association/Bronco Bench and donates to numerous charities, including Second Harvest Food Bank, the Leukemia Society, Sacred Heart, Cornelia Connelly High School and Santa Clara University. He enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, and is especially fond of outdoor sports such as skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking and golfing. Mr. Crane resides in Los Gatos with his wife, Heather, and their three children, Brendan, Megan and Kevin.
Renee Kunz
Vice President and Managing Officer of Intero Hollister and Intero Carmel

Ms. Kunz is a life long resident of Hollister and has over 13 years experience in real estate where she has assisted over 250 families find a place to call home.

As manager of Intero Hollister and Intero Carmel, Ms. Kunz considers her office as an extended family. She encourages her agents to practice Intero's fifteen core values, the most important being honesty, integrity and loyalty. An enthusiastic hands-on manager, she believes the more knowledge agents possess, the better they perform for their clients. Ms. Kunz is a consistent top producing agent as well as motivational manager. Leading by example, Ms. Kunz has quickly earned herself a reputation for her extensive real estate knowledge and management skills. She specializes in all aspects of Real Estate including commercial and residential property management. Before joining Intero, she gained experience in management as an assistant manager for Coldwell Banker in Hollister.

Ms. Kunz received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona where she triple majored in accounting, finance and real estate. In addition to volunteering her time to numerous organizations including the Kinship Center and Community Services Development Corporation she served as Chair of the Grievance Committee for the San Benito Association for Realtors in 2004. She is currently on the Grievance Committee and continues to be active with her local Association of Realtors. Ms. Kunz lives in Hollister with her husband John and two children Alex and Sydney.
Jess Wible
Vice President and Managing Officer of Intero Cupertino

Mr. Wible has always taken an .agents come first. attitude when it comes to his management style. His approach to business provides an environment that allows people to grow to their fullest potential and have fun while doing it. In every office that Mr. Wible has managed, it has been his goal to run the leading branch in its service area. He accomplishes this by utilizing his skills to lead, motivate, train and recruit agents who want to take their careers to the next level. Mr. Wible started his real estate career as a salesperson at Contempo Realty in 1990. In 1997, Contempo was purchased by National Realty Trust (NRT) and merged with Seville Properties to become Century 21 Seville Contempo. In 2000, Mr. Wible was named the Branch Manager of Seville Contempo.s Sunnyvale office. Later in 2000, Mr. Wible oversaw the remodel and merger of the Sunnyvale Century 21 Seville Contempo office with the Coldwell Banker office also in Sunnyvale. The newly formed office continued under the Coldwell Banker brand. Mr. Wible was instrumental in growing the Sunnyvale Coldwell Banker office to the point that it captured 42% of the Sunnyvale market share and he hired an additional 42 agents to the original 34 during his tenure. In January of 2004, Mr. Wible joined forces with his lifelong friend, Gino Blefari, founder, president and CEO of Intero Real Estate Services. Mr. Wible took on the challenge of opening the first Intero office in San Mateo County. His accomplishments included recruiting more than 70 agents while overseeing the opening of a state-of-the-art facility in downtown San Carlos. In February of 2005, Mr. Wible was asked to take the reins of the Number 1 Intero Office, Cupertino. Since taking over the helm, Mr. Wible has been instrumental in the continued growth of the Cupertino Office. Today, it is the most profitable office in the company.

Mr. Wible is an avid sports fan, enjoys playing golf, riding his bicycle, skiing and reading. He resides in Los Gatos, California. He is blessed with two beautiful daughters Alyssa and Olivia. Mr. Wible graduated with a business degree in 1978.

Jerry Kiss
Vice President and Managing Officer of Intero Gilroy and Intero Carmel

As a 20 year Bay Area real estate veteran, Mr. Kiss also boasts an impressive 30 years of experience in marketing and sales.

Mr. Kiss is known among his peers for his extensive real estate knowledge and strong business sense. He utilizes these skills to lead, motivate, train and recruit agents with the goal of building Intero into the region's top residential real estate firm. Originally with Century 21 Seville Contempo, Mr. Kiss joined Coldwell Banker Northern California in 2001 after the merging of these two prestigious companies. As the Selling Manager of Coldwell Banker Northern California's Gilroy and Hollister offices, he oversaw a team of over 90 real estate professionals. In 1995, Mr. Kiss was the recipient of Century 21's Top Sales and Relocation Award. In 2002, Mr. Kiss joined his colleague Gino Blefari at Intero Real Estate Services. Mr. Kiss has an associate of arts degree in business and has a lifetime college teaching credential. He continues to expand his real estate expertise and has completed numerous industry related courses such as Appraisal, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Practice, Ethics, Real Estate Contracts, Trust Fund/Fair Housing, and Title and Escrow.

Mr. Kiss formerly served as the President of the South County Board of Realtors. He supports charities such as the Intero Foundation, American Heart Association, Easter Seals and the United Way. Mr. Kiss enjoys golfing, gardening, exercising and traveling with his family. He resides in Willow Glen with his wife, Billye. Together, they have four children: Todd, Shelley, Lesley and Ashley.
Eric Berggren

Larry Klapow
Vice President and Managing Officer of Intero San Mateo

Over the course of a 19-year career involving Bay Area real estate, Klapow has earned a reputation as a peer, mentor, friend and coach. As a former President of Coldwell Banker's Residential Brokerage San Francisco Bay Area Region, he was responsible for the development of the company and oversaw 32 offices and a talented team of up to 2,200 real estate professionals.

The last few years Larry has been assisting business owners in growing their companies, training sales staff and coaching and mentoring agents in growing their businesses. He has an expertise in recruiting, building relationships, and developing talents, while establishing accountability. Klapow is extremely effective in challenging environments and economic crises. His accomplishments include the ability to drive positive change, strengthen organizations, enhance productivity and improve financial results.

Prior to being named President in early 2007, Larry was the Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's San Francisco-Peninsula region and before that he was the Senior Vice President of the Santa Clara County region from 2001-2007.

Klapow has more than a decade of experience in real estate, finance, technology, and entertainment, developing the strategies that support and achieve business objectives. Through creative campaigns, sharp business decisions, and clear-sighted ability to envision and land new opportunities, Larry motivates people to accomplish goals.

Previous to serving as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager, Larry was Manager of Coldwell Banker's award-winning Morgan Hill/Gilroy offices. During his tenure, the Morgan Hill/Gilroy office earned the coveted Premier Office - honoring offices with consistent sales achievement - for four consecutive years.

Among Larry's impressive list of managerial accolades: member of the President's Council of Managers from 1999-2000, CEO of RENA - Managed Professional Networks from Dec 1998-present. He is also well informed on all the latest current events and is extremely well versed in the art of networking.
Ben Bruno

Mr. Bruno has more than 30 years of real estate experience.

As a real estate professional, Mr. Bruno earned recognition as a top producer for multiple consecutive years prior to becoming an office manager. Mr. Bruno has also received many sales awards including a coveted Most Valuable Person award.

Proudly, Mr. Bruno is part of the first Intero Morgan Hill office team produced in 2002. Prior to becoming the VP and Managing Officer of the Morgan Hill office Mr. Bruno was a successful sales manager and trainer.

Behind Mr. Bruno.s success are his beliefs in Intero.s values and visions. Every transaction and interaction with staff and office sales agents is handled by uncompromising service and accountability to the client.

Andy Wong
Vice President and Managing Officer of Intero Menlo Park

Andy Wong has been enjoying a distinguished career at Intero as a top producing agent. He has a strong commitment to high standards that coincide with Intero's values and dedication to excellence. In May 2010, Mr. Wong was honored with the opportunity to manage the Intero Office, Menlo Park as Vice President and Managing Officer. The agents in that office benefit from his highly effective coaching, broad business experience, and inspiring leadership. The office culture is characterized as fun, supportive, and productive. Andy brings to Intero a wealth of skill, experience and professionalism. He is excited about the opportunity to lead the Menlo Park office with his great energy and steadfast work ethic. He is committed to serving office sales agents and staff to the highest standards. Mr. Wong earned his BS in Engineering from UC Berkeley and his MBA from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Intero, Andy was a Realtor at a real estate company that specializes in high end properties. His past professional experience includes management consulting and marketing for Fortune 500 and startup companies such as General Electric, 3COM, Ernst & Young, Sina, and Everypath. He also holds patents for inventions that improve the safety of nuclear reactors. A Bay Area native, Andy is devoted to his family and a leader in his community. He contributes his time and energy to the YMCA Adventure Guides (Father-Daughter), Los Altos Rotary, and Montclaire Elementary School Education Foundation Board. He is a past-President of the University of Michigan Business School Alumni Club (San Francisco Bay Area). Andy has also volunteered as an Economics teacher in public schools through Junior Achievement. And, he completed an Outward Bound experience on Hurricane Island off the coast of Maine.
Rick Soukoulis
President & CEO for Western Bancorp

He has held this position since the inception of Intero Mortgage in 2007. Mr. Soukoulis has more than 25 years of banking and lending experience.

Mr. Soukoulis is responsible for all business aspects of Intero Mortgage. These responsibilities include mapping the vision and direction of the company and setting the structure to obtain
financial goals.

Prior to Loan City, Mr. Soukoulis was CEO of America.s Funding Source from 1990 to 1999 and was the founder of Almaden Home Loans from 1987 to 1990. Soukoulis currently resides in San Jose with his wife and three daughters.
