My goal is always the same: to provide an exceptional real estate service above and beyond the norm which translates to putting my clients first and that is why this site is called Home Owner Experience! This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, keeping you informed at all times and responding quickly to your needs. In doing so, I aim to earn your long term trust, and of course your real estate referrals. I am committed to client satisfaction and will always address your concerns and encourage open communication. Because of this, over 90% of my business is derived from referrals and past clients.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. For example, the tablet PC and online transaction management software I use enables me to streamline the necessary paperwork and communicate with other agents and you, my clients, in real time!
I specialize in full-time representation of my clients, with integrity and honesty on the top of my list. I have an extensive knowledge of local real estate, dealing in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, condos/townhomes and income property through Santa Clara county. I continually educate myself so I am always current in the local market (ask for statistics back 10 years), and am also very knowledgeable about schools. I can also help with 1031 exchanges.

A Little About Theresa Personally
Theresa is a CA native and has lived in the south bay for over 15 years. She is a graduate of Santa Clara University. Her BS in Engineering led to a career in the high tech corporate world where she learned to be very efficient and organized, as well as articulate details to customers. Through this experience, Theresa discovered that she was meant to interact with people. Theresa voluntarily left her career in high tech to pursue an interest in the dynamic world of bay area real estate!
Theresa's technical background and corporate experience provides her with a strong foundation which lends to thorough investigation of your property needs and all the processes throughout escrow. She is also very efficient at handling all the steps of your home buying or selling process with great organization and thorough communication.
Theresa is an active agent meaning that she will put forth 110% effort to help you find the perfect home or the perfect buyer. Theresa is engaged and involved in every step of the process and is proud to represent each and every one of her clients.
Theresa’s private education also taught her the importance of community involvement. Theresa is a member of the Santa Clara University Alumni Association, Scales of Justice Lions Club, MOMS Club of West San Jose/Campbell and regularly serves the community around us.

Theresa is a wife and mother of one daughter born in January 2007. Theresa’s hobbies include gourmet cooking, scrapbooking and stamping, and various outdoor activities including hiking the beautiful hills of Silicon Valley and the surrounding areas.
