Buying a house can be a very daunting and intimidating task – especially when you don’t have much experience or prior knowledge. Lucky for us, we had Nisha Sharma and Suzanne O’Brien guiding and helping us each step of the way. They interviewed painters, termite agencies, roof repairmen and floor specialists to make sure we got the best deal - we always got the best deal because everyone loves working with Nisha and Suzanne!

Nisha is one of the most patient and most resourceful people I know. When we were looking for a home in California, I had a picture in my mind. I was also one of the most difficult clients to deal with. I knew exactly what I wanted, had all these conditions and was not going to settle for anything less than exactly what I wanted—the right neighborhood, a fully renovated or new house, no electricity polls nearby, granite countertops, a living, family AND dining room, a two story house, a school with high scores - - - the list goes on.
