Hello!

Today (Monday, March 23, 2009) marks the beginning of my new website. If you are reading this, I am sure you can tell that NishaSharmaHomes.com is sporting a fresh, new look with even more tools and resources.

One very cool tool I'd like to share at this time would be the Maps feature. When you go to the Neighborhoods link to the left, just click on a city/neighborhood you're interested in. Then, a Google Map of that area will pop up. You can edit this map to include listings/properties that fit your specific search criteria. In addition, you can add schools, colleges, airports, medical centers, grocery stores and so much more to the map too!

With the launching the new site, comes a relaunch of my real estate blog, which I started on Blogspot back in 2006. There will be a delay before all of my old posts are transferred over here, so you can still check out svrealtor.blogspot.com for older posts.

I am very exciting with new direction I, along with Intero, am heading in allowing for state-of-the-art technology (courtesy of Terabitz) to assist you.
